Standard thicknesses are 3mm and 4mm, with 2mm (ultra-thin) and 5mm (super thick) available on request. 2mm suits promotional small pads, 3mm for office use, 4mm for gaming with extra cushioning, and 5mm for premium custom applications. Seam-edge styles typically use 3-4mm thickness.

Yes, we specialize in CMYK four-color sublimation printing using advanced polymer drum thermal transfer machines for vivid, photo-quality results resistant to fading and blistering. Simply provide your artwork in AI, PSD, or high-resolution PNG format, and we will produce samples for your approval before mass production.
Can I add my own logo to the table mat alone?

What is your regular price range?
Bulk pricing ranges: S size $0.3-0.8/pc, L size $3-4/pc, XL size $3-5/pc, 3XL and gaming sizes $6-12/pc. Final pricing varies by size, material, quantity, and customizations (design, thickness, stitching, premium packaging). Special-shaped items require individual sales quotes. Can I mix different designs in one order?
Yes, different designs can be combined in a single order. Each design has its own independent MOQ, but all items can be consolidated into one shipment to reduce your overall logistics and freight costs.
What transportation methods do you offer?
Three options available: Ocean freight (FCL/LCL) for large shipments, 20-35 days transit, most cost-effective. Air freight for samples or urgent restocking, 5-10 days. Express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT) for samples and small orders, 3-7 days. We work with all major forwarders and also accept your own freight account.
Can it be directly sent to Amazon FBA warehouse?
Yes, we ship directly to Amazon FBA distribution centers across the United States, Europe (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy), and Australia. We apply FBA-compliant labeling, carton specifications, and palletization standards to ensure smooth receiving at Amazon facilities.
What are your trade terms and payment methods?
Default term is FOB Xiamen. CIF, CFR, and DDP terms are also negotiable - consult your sales rep for port-specific comparisons. Payment is typically made via T/T (wire transfer) through our local bank accounts after order confirmation.
What quality control measures do you have?
Our three-stage QC process includes: incoming material inspection (rubber sheets, fabric rolls), in-process inspection during cutting/printing/sewing, and a full inspection of every piece before packaging. QC reports available on request, and third-party inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas) are welcome at buyer's expense.
What should I do if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival?
Report any issues with photos or video evidence within 7 days of receipt. Manufacturing defects will be covered by replacement or refund based on case evaluation. For shipping damage claims, we will support and guide you through the carrier's claim filing process.
Do you offer warranty services?
We provide a 15-day warranty period covering manufacturing defects found after receipt. Defective items will be replaced free of charge. Please note that since desk pads are daily consumable office products, normal wear and tear from regular use is not included under warranty.
