3. Customs Clearance & Tariff Liability

For all international B2B orders, the import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and related administrative fees generated by the destination country shall be borne by the customer in accordance with local national laws and customs policies. Our factory is responsible for providing complete factory documents, packing lists, invoices and customs declaration materials required for export.

4. Logistics Risk & Exception Handling

During transportation, if there are logistics abnormalities such as package loss, severe delay and cargo damage, both parties shall cooperate to verify with the logistics provider. We will actively assist customers in claiming compensation and solving delivery problems. After the goods are signed for normally by the customer or the designated logistics recipient, the transportation risk will be transferred to the customer.

5. Delivery Standard

The delivery standard is subject to the quantity, specification and quality of the goods confirmed by both parties in the contract. For batch goods with minor packaging wear that do not affect use, no logistics compensation and return will be supported.
